crowd is paying.

Fundwave is a live radar for perpetual-futures funding and open interest. A heat-mapped wave of annualized funding across every major perp market, a long-vs-short OI leaderboard and a mark-vs-oracle premium ticker — all read live from a public venue. Nothing here is traded, custodied or minted.

Read-only concept. Funding, open interest, premium, mark and oracle prices are live from a public perpetuals venue and keyless. The dial colours and the stress scoring are a transparent, clearly-labelled model on top of that live data. Fundwave is not affiliated with any venue. Not financial advice.

The wave

Funding heatmap

Every major perp market, coloured by its annualized funding rate. Hot magenta means longs are paying to hold — a crowded, expensive long. Cool teal means shorts are paying longs. Funding is read live and annualized as hourly × 24 × 365.

Reading funding across every perp market…

Funding is live from a public perpetuals venue. The annualized figure assumes the current hourly rate holds for a year — real funding changes every hour, so treat the annual number as a snapshot, not a forecast. Colours are a transparent model mapping funding sign and magnitude onto a heat scale. Not financial advice.

The board

Open-interest leaderboard

Markets ranked by live open interest in USD (contracts × mark price), with each market's annualized funding, 24-hour move, premium and day volume beside it. The funding-stress score blends funding magnitude and premium into one transparent 0–100 gauge.

Reading open interest…

Open interest, funding, premium, mark and oracle prices are live. The stress score is an illustrative model (funding magnitude + premium stretch), clearly labelled and not a signal to act on. Not financial advice.

Mark vs oracle

Premium ticker

Premium is how far each market's mark price sits above or below the oracle (index) price, in basis points. A stretched premium is what drags funding up or down. These are the markets pulling hardest right now.

How the radar is built

Four steps, every one a real call to a public, keyless endpoint. The only modelled parts — the heat colours and the stress score — are labelled wherever they appear.

  1. 01

    Pull the venue meta

Fundwave asks a public perp venue for its market list and per-asset context in one keyless request — funding, open interest, premium, mark and oracle for every market.

    …

  2. 02

    Annualize the funding

Each market's hourly funding is annualized (× 24 × 365) and open interest is converted to USD at the mark price. That is the raw heat.

    …

  3. 03

    Map to a heat scale

Funding sign and magnitude map onto a diverging colour scale — cool for short-pays-long, hot for long-pays-short. This colour layer is a transparent model.

    …

  4. 04

    Rank and print

Markets are ranked by live open interest, the premium ticker surfaces the biggest mark-oracle gaps, and everything refreshes on a timer.

Questions

Is the funding data real?

Yes. Funding, open interest, premium, mark price and oracle price all come live and keyless from a public perpetuals venue in a single request. Nothing on the heatmap or the board is invented.

Why annualize funding?

Funding on perps is charged on a short cycle — here, hourly. Multiplying by 24 × 365 puts every market on a comparable yearly scale so you can see which longs or shorts are genuinely expensive. It assumes the current rate holds, which it won't, so read it as a snapshot of pressure, not a prediction.

What is the stress score?

It is a transparent model, not a venue metric: it blends how large a market's funding is with how stretched its mark-vs-oracle premium is into one 0–100 gauge. It is labelled "model" everywhere it appears and is only a lens on the live numbers beside it.

Can I trade or deposit here?

No. Fundwave is read-only. There is no order, no custody, no deposit and nothing is minted. The wallet connect reads public balances only and never asks you to sign. It is a lens on public data — not financial advice.

Are you affiliated with the venue?

No. Fundwave reads a public, keyless endpoint the same way any browser can. It is an independent concept and carries no venue's branding.

What this is, plainly

Fundwave is a read-only concept that turns public perp-market data into a live funding and open-interest radar. The funding, open interest, premium and prices are real; the heat colours and the stress score are a transparent model layered on top. Nothing here connects a wallet for signing, places a trade, holds funds or launches a coin. Not affiliated with any venue. Not financial advice.
